Telehealth ICU Registered Nurse - Nights

Provide direct patient care in the ICU across BJC Health East during nocturnal hours (6pm–6am) on a 12-hour shift schedule, including every third weekend. Requires RN licensure, 3+ years ICU experience, and Nursing Diploma/Associate's (BSN preferred). Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care within established standards; promote patient- and family-centered care; participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities; develop and document individualized care plans with interprofessional teams; monitor patient needs across the continuum of care; and uphold safety-sensitive position requirements for alertness and safe practice.
