Job Summary
Telehealth Facilitator for part-time role coordinating telehealth visits in Skilled Nursing Facilities. Serves as liaison between healthcare providers and patients, troubleshoots telehealth equipment, ensures timely connections, schedules appointments between providers and SNF clients, and provides ongoing support to healthcare professionals. Requires travel to facilities in the Kalispell area (and potential travel to Eureka and Libby, MT). Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient with tablets and mobile devices
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- BLS
- TB Test
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certificate
- Possession of a valid Driver's License
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
