Job Summary
Telehealth Facilitator in a part-time role supporting SNFs in the Spokane area. Serve as liaison during Telehealth visits, troubleshoot equipment, coordinate scheduling between healthcare providers and clients, and provide ongoing support to healthcare professionals. Requires comfort with tablets/devices, HIPAA knowledge, strong organizational and communication skills, valid driver’s license, BLS/TB/CPR certifications, and willingness to travel to facilities in Post Falls and Colville with travel compensation for fuel.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- BLS
- TB Test
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certificate
- HIPAA regulations knowledge
- Proficiency with iPads/tablets/smartphones/computers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel to facilities in Spokane area (Post Falls, ID; Colville possibly)
- Comfort with travel compensation provided for fuel
