Job Summary
Coordinate all elements of telehealth equipment processing, including inventory, storage, maintenance, cleaning, distribution, and troubleshooting. Act as the subject matter expert for telehealth logistics, assisting with product set-up and teaching customers system functions. Process patient referrals, interface with the care team to communicate setup completion, and establish data regarding equipment tracking and availability. Maintain routine preparation of telehealth equipment kits, including quality assurance checks prior to shipment, while monitoring needs for additional supplies and shipping materials.
