Job Summary
Coordinate onboarding programs for new clinical staff and facilitate induction training for nurses and support team members. Develop, review, and maintain training materials while conducting competency assessments to provide coaching and feedback. Deliver refresher training, identify skill gaps, and support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate training records and assist with the implementation of new systems. Provide operational support through clinical and call centre shifts when required. Work closely with Operations and Clinical Leadership to ensure training aligns with organizational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Current AHPRA registration
- Strong understanding of Training systems, services, and clinical processes
- Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Confidence presenting information and supporting adult learners
- A passion for helping others succeed and develop
- Commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement
