Job Summary
Telehealth Coordinator responsible for coordinating and scheduling telehealth appointments, assisting patients and providers with platform access and troubleshooting, ensuring HIPAA-compliant sessions, maintaining accurate telehealth documentation and billing records, and supporting continuous improvement of telehealth workflows and staff training. The role requires familiarity with telehealth platforms, EHR systems, scheduling software, HIPAA/privacy regulations, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to monitor telehealth metrics and contribute to policy implementation. Based in Philadelphia, PA with a full-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, Health Information Management, or related field preferred
- Experience in telehealth, healthcare operations, or clinical coordination preferred
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and scheduling software
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, patient privacy regulations, and telehealth compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and guide patients/providers effectively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to coordinate multiple appointments
- Customer-service oriented with the ability to support diverse patient populations
- Attention to detail for accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills

- Follows facility and OSHA safety rules and procedures while on assignment
- Upholds HIPAA and PREA regulations
- Maintains security clearance for the assigned facility
