Job Summary
Conduct reproductive health care services through asynchronous and synchronous telehealth modalities, triaging, examining, screening, and treating patients based on current evidence and clinical judgment. Perform contraceptive education and medical interviews via telephone, asynchronous communication, or video platform while identifying clinical emergencies and implementing appropriate measures. Serve as a delegator for support staff as required by state regulations and maintain a safe, clean working environment complying with universal precautions and OSHA policies. Monitor virtual waiting rooms, provide real-time technological support to patients, maintain medical records, and process records. Participate in community education, staff training, and regular feedback to the Telehealth Management Team while monitoring RVU goals and organizational fiscal targets.
Required Qualifications
- License - Women's Health Care Nurse Practitioner, Adult/Family Nurse Practitioner, Physician's Assistant, Certified Nurse Midwife (ARNP, PA, or CNM)
- All new hires are strongly recommended to have the COVID-19 vaccination, including boosters
- All new hires hired between September and April must present proof of receiving a current flu shot

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in an OB/GYN-related field preferred
- Prior experience with remote/telehealth work strongly preferred
- Proficiency with EHR systems and information technology is strongly preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred
- Minimum one-year prior experience as a Clinician at PPGNHAIK preferred
