Job Summary
The Telehealth Clinical Coordinator (TCC) is involved in patient care using telehealth technology under the guidance of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include direct patient interaction, documentation of health data, maintenance of medical equipment, and training of other staff.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed or certified CNA, MA, or LVN
Desired Qualifications
- CNA, LVN, MA License – must be current in CPR certification
- Accredited college degree or certificate highly desirable
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and preventative measures (HIPAA confidentiality, infection spread, etc.)
- Exemplary patient care experience and job knowledge
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively; ability to critically think
- Knowledge of quality control
- Ability to exercise manual dexterity, control precision and arm-hand steadiness accurately
- Ability to be empathetic with patients; ability to maintain confidentiality
Additional Requirements
- Must not offer services to patients or agencies where services have been provided
- Dress code required (nursing scrubs)
- Professional behavior required when dealing with patients and staff
