Job Summary
Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth, providing remote coaching and supervision to Behavior Technicians. Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making, ensuring access to care for families in need. Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 with weekly and monthly bonus opportunities averaging $1,000/month. The role includes periodic travel to the market with expenses covered by the employer. Candidates must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
