Job Summary
Remote BCBA providing 4-5 hours of weekly consultation per client for up to 6 clients (ages 2-21) including RBT supervision and parent training; telehealth delivery of ABA/Verbal Behavior therapy with scheduling flexibility; oversee programming goals and behavior intervention plans; monthly parent meetings; supervise RBTs/tech staff; work within a Monday-Friday window with a 20-hour minimum weekly caseload; compensation is hourly/billable with contractor or hourly non-exempt status depending on location in Indiana; benefits include paid training, CEUs, and clinical support.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of experience as a BCBA
- Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Active Indiana Behavior Analyst License (LBA)
- Experience with Motivity, Aloha ABA, and/or Google Workspace (preferred)
- Experience conducting consultations and training via telehealth (preferred)
- Provide 4-5 hours of consultation per week for each client
- Provide training and supervision to RBTs and Behavior Technicians during consultation sessions
- Flexible self-scheduling
- 20 hours minimum weekly clinical oversight for a caseload of up to 6 clients
- Ages 2-21 undergoing ABA therapy
