Job Summary
We’re seeking a skilled Spanish-speaking BCBA to oversee treatment plans, guide behavior technicians, and work closely with families to ensure client progress. Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, designing evidence-based BIPs, supervising and mentoring technicians, monitoring client progress, and aligning therapy goals with family needs. Applicants must have BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in ABA or a related discipline.
