Telehandler (Zoom Boom) Operator

Job Summary
Operate skid steer equipment to hoist formwork, load, unload, and move materials in high-traffic and confined areas while conducting daily pre-trip safety inspections and field-level hazard assessments. Maintain equipment in good operating condition by logging maintenance requirements and reporting deficiencies. Ensure compliance with all company, client, and legislated safety policies by acting as a safety and production leader for the team. Complete daily pre-use inspections and communicate professionally with team members. Requires 3+ years of skid steer experience, valid certification, and ability to work in all weather conditions on a 10-on, 4-off rotational schedule. Candidates must reside in the Greater Edmonton Region. Ledcor builds infrastructure across oil and gas, mining, and transportation sectors.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience operating skid steer
- Valid skid steer certification / ticket
- Understanding of industrial site safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial or construction environment
- Valid issued government photo Identification
- Project-specific online orientations must be completed
- Both day and night shift available
- 10 days on, 4 days off rotational schedule
- Work in all weather conditions year-round
