Job Summary
Answer customer inquiries and provide solutions-oriented support via phone for existing clients using brief pre-provided training materials. Maintain a friendly, professional, and clear communication style in German while handling calls with confidence. Availability is required for three consecutive days from Tuesday through Thursday, with on-site orientation at our Hürth office. This short-term test engagement offers a commission-based model ranging from 14 to 25 euros per hour.
