Job Summary
Make warm calls to applicants who have proactively contacted Erzieher-Helden, a specialized financial services firm for educators and social workers. Establish a friendly, professional first contact and qualify candidates through a structured brief conversation to identify interest and prerequisites. Schedule appropriate consultation appointments with financial advisors and maintain clean records of conversation outcomes in the CRM. Follow a reliable script and process while providing structured feedback to the team. Work remotely between 15:00 and 20:00 as a self-employed contractor, organizing yourself without daily supervision.
