Job Summary
Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate medical treatment. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while ordering and interpreting lab tests to inform treatment decisions. Prescribe medications with expert guidance, noting exceptions for buprenorphine in opioid addiction cases. Collaborate with nurse practitioners and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care and maintain appropriate medical documentation. Stay current with medical advancements and telehealth innovation. Commit to at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM locally) over four days, with scheduling one week in advance. Requires active medical license in at least three U.S. states, preferably five, plus DEA certification. Join a network expanding access to addiction treatment and underserved communities through modern, high-quality medicine.
Required Qualifications
- Active medical license in at least three U.S. states
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
- Critical to be licensed in at least five states
- Licensed in at least one of the following states: CA, FL, NC, PA, TX
- Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
- Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly
- Work 8AM-6PM locally
- Work over four days each week
- Schedule at least one week in advance
- At least one DEA certification
- Applicable CSL (if required)
