Job Summary
Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate medical treatment. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care, building therapeutic doctor-patient relationships. Order and interpret lab tests as needed to make informed, high-quality treatment decisions. Prescribe medications and provide expert guidance on their proper usage. Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain appropriate medical documentation to support continuity of care. Stay up to date with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices. Commit to at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM locally) over four days, scheduling one week in advance. Complete applicable training, including buprenorphine certification.
Required Qualifications
- Active medical license in at least three U.S. states, but preferably five, plus willingness to obtain additional state licenses (assistance provided and costs covered)
- Critical to be licensed in at least five states and/or three or more of the following states: CA, FL, NC, PA, TX
- Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
- Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM locally), over four days each week, scheduling at least one week in advance
- At least one DEA certification and applicable CSL (if required)
- Passion for expanding access to care and making a meaningful impact
Desired Qualifications

- Background in primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care
- Active medical license in at least five U.S. states
- Strong communication skills

- Comfort using telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided)
