Job Summary
Development, scheduling, delivery and assessment of Telecommunications technical training programs for Telecommunications personnel, including Technicians I-III, TOC Analysts I-III, and Engineers I-III; create and apply tools to monitor progress, coordinate internal/external/customer training, and maintain progression programs; requires leadership in training program development and alignment with industry practices; strong communication and presentation skills; travel portion typical (noted in job responsibilities); potential regulatory consideration (NERC background check).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, information technology, or related field and five (5) years of experience OR Associate's degree in electrical/electronic technology and seven (7) years' experience OR High school diploma or GED and ten (10) years’ experience; experience in telecommunications operations preferred; 2+ years of training experience preferred; ability to develop and administer structured training programs (SAT/ADDIE) preferred; strong verbal communication and presentation skills; NERC background check may be required
