Job Summary
The Telecommunications Tower Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting, documenting, and improving the quality of tower installations. Requires 3 years of climbing experience and certifications in tower construction. On-site travel and physical fitness are necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years within the wireless tower industry
- Must have the ability to travel 50 to 75% of the work week
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must be able to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Certifications in tower construction or equivalent experience in lieu of education
- Current or ability to complete certification in Tower Rescue/Safe Rigging/RF Awareness/OSHA 30 and CPR First Aid
- Experience with proper tower construction and installation of antennas, radios, dishes, hybrids
- Proficient computer skills with MS Office, Adobe PDF’s, and data base systems
- Ericsson experience preferred
