Job Summary
The Customer Service Technician will perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of high-speed internet networks, including wiring and equipment. Responsibilities include climbing poles, digging to bury cables, and working in confined spaces while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma (or equivalent) or higher
- valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
- ability to handle 28 ft extension ladders and manhole covers
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience as a customer facing telecom operations technician
- Basic electricity training/certification or equivalent work experience
- ADSL installation/repair experience (self/full installs)
- A+/Net + Certified
