Job Summary
Manage daily operations, coordinate workloads, and supervise on-site technical staff while acting as the primary point of contact for the government's Contracting Officer's Representative. Track trouble tickets, administer the contract, and manage government-provided equipment. Evaluate telecommunications systems, develop infrastructure upgrade proposals, and coordinate strategic scheduling. Maintain familiarity with Government logistics and operations and provide technical leadership, quality assurance, and decision-oriented recommendations. Requires a valid U.S. Government security clearance and ten years of telecommunications technician experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid U.S. Government security clearance
- Familiarity with Government logistics and operations
- Minimum of five (5) years of project management or managerial experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 college credit hours in AutoCAD
- 10 years of telecommunications technician experience
- Building Industry Consulting Services International (BICSI) training
- Active Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification
- Two years experience utilizing Microsoft Word
- Two years experience utilizing Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of Government logistics and operations
- Ten years telecommunications technician experience
- Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certified
- 3 college credit hours of AutoCAD
- Highly proficient in business software applications (i.e.: Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, SharePoint, and PowerPoint)
- Strong ability to lead, guide, and mentor personnel and multi—task
- Must be able to lift 20-50 lbs
