Job Summary
Wireless Foreman to lead our wireless construction teams in the installation, maintenance, and optimization of wireless communication systems. Oversees day-to-day operations, ensures adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and industry best practices. Duties include climbing and working on communication towers to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain wireless systems; assembling/erecting towers (self-support, monopoles, guyed towers); reading construction documents and delegating tasks to crews; installing antennas, coax, fiber optic cables, DC/AC power at elevations over 100 feet; providing on-the-job training; working weekends/holidays/overtime as needed; upholding OSHA safety standards; offering technical and consulting support to improve project outcomes; training and directing crews to complete tasks. Strong verbal/written communication, organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience
- At least 4-5 years of industry experience, with at least one year as a Foreman running crews
