Job Summary
Telecom Foreman role leading a crew on cell-site installations and tower work. Requires experience with wireless/cell-site installations, leading and managing a crew, and the ability to interpret RF and DC drawings to troubleshoot and locate transmission faults. Must be comfortable working outdoors, at heights, traveling, and physically fit. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a valid Canadian driver’s license and authorization to work in Canada. Safety-minded, reliable, and able to maintain professional relationships with coworkers and clients. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience with Wireless/Cell Site installation
- Previous experience leading and managing a crew
- Valid Canadian drivers license
- Must be authorized to work in Canada
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Ability to interpret engineered drawings
- Knowledge of RF and DC drawings
- Understand and have good troubleshooting skills to locate transmission faults
