Job Summary
Lead wireless and cell site installation crews while interpreting engineered RF and DC drawings to locate transmission faults. Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and clients, ensuring safety compliance while working outdoors at heights. Manage crew operations, troubleshoot faults, and travel across national opportunities. Bring your own crew to qualify for a signing bonus. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience with Wireless/ Cell Site installation
- Previous experience leading and managing a crew
- Comfortable working at heights
- Good physical condition
- Willing to work outdoors
- Willing to travel
- Mechanically inclined
- Safety minded
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Ability to interpret engineered drawings
- Knowledge of RF and DC drawings
- Understand and have good troubleshooting skills to locate the transmission faults
- Valid Canadian driver's license
- Must be authorized to work in Canada
