Job Summary
The Telecom Site Acquisition Manager will act as the primary contact between APWireless and telecommunications infrastructure landowners, focusing on identifying and assessing investment opportunities, building long-lasting business relationships, and negotiating investment and sale proposals. Responsibilities include contacting potential owners, developing relationships with key stakeholders, managing an active pipeline using CRM tools, and achieving defined business targets. The candidate should have substantial experience in telecommunications or digital infrastructure, especially in site acquisition and contract management.
Required Qualifications
- Education in areas such as Business, Finance, Real Estate, Insurance, or equivalent professional experience
- Mandatory experience in the telecommunications sector or digital infrastructure, ideally in site acquisition, lease negotiation, or telecom asset management
- Direct experience negotiating with land or real estate owners linked to infrastructures (towers, rooftops, DAS, etc.)
- Solid experience in contractual negotiation and closing complex operations
- Results-oriented with negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently, organize, and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working with demanding goals
Desired Qualifications
- Intermediate or higher level of English (desirable, not exclusive)
- Experience in the digital telecommunications or infrastructure sector
