Job Summary
Lead end-to-end supply planning for Prysmian in China: align demand with the sales plan, assess capacity feasibility across production lines, release and schedule production orders, and manage monthly S&OP/MPS planning. Optimize lead time and inventory, drive fiber and raw material procurement planning, and monitor bottlenecks with corrective actions. Responsibilities include coordinating with Sales, ensuring realistic delivery commitments, and sustaining safe, compliant operations. Key skills include strong data analysis, problem solving, proficiency in SAP/Excel/Access, English communication, teamwork, and a customer-oriented, results-driven mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in related field
- Strong data analysis and planning abilities
- Proficient in SAP, Excel, and Access
- Fluent English communication
