Job Summary
Experienced Telecom Construction Manager to oversee underground telecom construction projects in Borrego Springs, CA. Responsibilities include leading and directing ground crews on daily operations, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications, maintaining strong customer/homeowner relations, preparing redline drawings and daily progress reports, overseeing job-site procurement, monitoring project schedules, conducting daily inspections of vehicles, equipment, and sites, and producing daily production reports using a PM tool. Requires hands-on leadership, deep expertise in underground telecom construction, and strong communication and risk-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of underground telecom construction experience
- Experience in aerial construction is helpful, but not required
- Strong leadership and risk management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Commitment to following administrative policies and procedures
- Residing in or near San Diego County is highly preferred
