Telecare Field Representative

Job Summary
As a Telecare Field Representative, you will build trusting relationships with customers who rely on our medical alarms, demonstrate and install monitored alarm systems, provide customer care including servicing and troubleshooting equipment, promote services at community events, and respond promptly to emergency alerts. This role covers the Central/West Auckland area; you must live within the designated area and your workday starts from home. This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours/week, Monday to Friday) with on-call duties every fifth weekend (with allowances).
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong empathy and personal resilience
- Good technical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to change
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- A full New Zealand driver licence with strong driving confidence
