Job Summary
Telecare Field Representative responsible for building positive relationships with customers relying on monitored alarm systems; demonstrate and install alarms, provide customer care including servicing and troubleshooting equipment; promote services at community events; respond to emergency alerts and coordinate assistance. Role covers travel from North Shore through Wellsford including Kumeū and Helensville; field-based with 32 hours per week across 4 days and an on-call roster every fifth weekend (allowances provided).
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong empathy and personal resilience
- Good technical and problem-solving skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to change
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- A full New Zealand driver licence with strong driving confidence
