Job Summary
Conduct outbound calls to astrologers and practitioners to introduce AstroLokal, explain platform benefits, and guide them through registration, verification, and onboarding procedures. Convert interested partners into active users, follow up on leads from sourcing campaigns, and resolve basic queries throughout the journey. Maintain accurate CRM records of calls and onboarding status while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth profile activation. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets in a target-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Proven experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Business Development, or Onboarding roles
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu & English
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable handling objections and follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and computer operations
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in astrology, consultation platforms, creator onboarding, or service partner acquisition
- Lead conversion and onboarding experience
