Job Summary
Telecaller to identify, engage, onboard, and support astrologers onto the AstroLokal platform. Key duties include making outbound calls to astrologers, explaining platform benefits and onboarding processes, converting interested astrologers into active partners, guiding registration, profile creation, verification, and onboarding, following up on leads, maintaining CRM records, achieving onboarding targets, resolving basic queries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth activation of astrologer profiles. Requires strong verbal communication in Tamil and English, persuasive and negotiation skills, ability to handle objections, familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel, and the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment. Previous experience in onboarding or creator onboarding is a plus, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Proven experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Business Development, or Onboarding roles
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil & English
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable handling objections and follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and computer operations
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
- Prior experience in astrology, consultation platforms, creator onboarding, or service partner acquisition will be an added advantage
