Job Summary
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate qualified leads and explain digital marketing services. Schedule meetings and appointments for the business development team while maintaining strong customer relationships through follow-ups via calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within CRM systems and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients using strong negotiation abilities and proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of tele calling experience in a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, or similar service-based industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Website Development
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach to sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes

- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
