Job Summary
Remote Tele-Audiology provider delivering comprehensive remote audiology services via secure video platform; conducts patient evaluations, consultations, and follow-up care, guides in-clinic staff through testing remotely, interprets results, recommends hearing aids and treatment plans, and provides patient counseling. Supports remote sales, device fitting, and patient education; troubleshoots hearing-aid software and connectivity; collaborates with clinics to optimize patient flow and outcomes; participates in credentialing, billing, and compliance to enable remote audiology services across applicable states and payers.
Required Qualifications
- Active audiology licensure and credentials
- ability to provide tele-audiology services remotely
- experience with remote patient care and audiology procedures
- ability to troubleshoot remote equipment and software
- strong clinical documentation and compliance
