Job Summary
Tele-Psychiatrist opportunity with Houston Methodist Specialty Physician Group. 100% virtual position following a four-day, 10-hour shift schedule. Board-certified psychiatrist to lead an interdisciplinary team in evaluating and treating hospitalized and emergency room patients with complex medical and psychiatric illnesses. Candidates must be licensed in Texas and reside in TX, WA,FL,LA, or GA. Training in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry, Emergency Psychiatry, or Internal Medicine-Psychiatry strongly desired. Required Qualifications
- Board-Certified Psychiatrist
- Licensed to practice in Texas
- Reside in Texas, Washington, Florida, Louisiana or Georgia
- Telemedicine/Telehealth capability
- Training in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry, Emergency Psychiatry, or Internal Medicine-Psychiatry is strongly desired
