Job Summary
Tele-Interviewer to work in a 100% remote call-center role in Canada. Responsibilities include conducting professional, thorough telephone interviews with insurance applicants, collecting and documenting lifestyle and medical history via questionnaires, scheduling and completing tele-interviews, handling inbound/outbound calls, and ensuring accurate transcription of interview details. Collaborates with team to meet quality assurance and productivity goals; maintains customer-centric service with empathy and clear communication. Requires a college diploma in a relevant field, 1+ year of customer service experience, proficiency with standard office tools, and comfort in a fast-paced environment. Hourly rate is $19.35 with 37.5 hours/week, remote work arrangement, and benefits eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- College diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Health Sciences) or post-secondary education
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
- Experience in high volume call centre environment where manual call transcription was required
- Other languages an asset
- Knowledge of medical terminology an asset
