Job Summary
As a remote Tele-interviewer, you will join a call-center team to provide high-quality service to insurance clients and applicants by conducting phone-based medical history and lifestyle questionnaires, scheduling tele-interviews, following up on missing information, and ensuring confidentiality. You will work from home in a full-time permanent role with a schedule Tue–Fri 1:00 PM–9:00 PM, and Sat 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, collaborate with team members, and contribute to a positive team environment while leveraging strong phone and written communication skills, Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook proficiency, and a customer-service mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience
- Intermediate proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to speak confidently on the phone and type simultaneously
- Ability to prioritize and work in a results-driven environment
- Ability to work alone or in a team to achieve departmental goals
