Job Summary
Conduct outbound tele-calls to customers for overdue payment recovery and negotiate payment commitments. Resolve customer queries related to outstanding dues professionally while maintaining accurate call records and updating collection remarks in the CRM. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets by adhering to company policies and compliance guidelines. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues and escalate unresolved cases as per the defined process. Build positive customer relationships while maintaining professionalism throughout recovery interactions.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in collections, recovery, or tele-calling
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer handling and persuasion abilities
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, FinTech, BPO Collections, or Recovery Process
- Graduate (preferred)
