Job Summary
Capture data on rescues, awareness activities, and field operations across the state. Follow up on the status of compensation claim filings. Create support tickets for field teams engaged in child rescue operations. Execute outbound voice processes with call control, query management, and probing skills. Maintain keyboard proficiency at 40 WPM with 100% accuracy. Work out of Women Safety Wing, Lakdi Ka Pul, Hyderabad, reporting to the Programme Manager. Fluent in Telugu with preferred Hindi knowledge required.
Required Qualifications
- Any Graduate
- Not less than 2 years of experience in a domestic or international call centre, voice process
- Age less than 45 years as on date of application
- Experience in Outbound Calling and filling of data in online form/platform
- Call Centre Voice Process related skill sets, including call control, query management, probing, and other related etiquette
- Keyboard Proficiency- 40WPM 100% accuracy on laptop
- Basics Computer Proficiency: Printing
- Basics Computer Proficiency: File Management
- Basics Computer Proficiency: Excel Basics
- Basics Computer Proficiency: PPT Basics
- Fluent in Telugu
