Job Summary
Work on-site as a project leader, coordinator, or Scrum leader for customers in vehicle, defense, or energy sectors, managing tasks ranging from concept development and feasibility studies to delivery and quality assurance. Lead new development or modification of product portfolios while navigating diverse customer environments with a solutions-focused approach. Communicate professionally with both clients and colleagues in both spoken and written Swedish and English. This role requires a university degree and at least five years of experience in project leadership, coordination, or Scrum within the specified industries. The position is a consulting engagement with competitive conditions, including collective agreement benefits and health services.
Required Qualifications
- Högskole-/civilingenjörsexamen eller annan relevant universitetsexamen
- Minst 5+ års erfarenhet inom projektledning, koordinering och/eller Scrum
- Dokumenterad erfarenhet från leveransprojekt, investeringsprojekt, produkt- eller produktionsutveckling inom branscher som fordon, försvar eller energi
- B-körkort
- Att vara konsult hos Etteplan
- Mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig på svenska och engelska i tal och skrift
Desired Qualifications
- Erfarenhet av att arbeta med fordons- och försvarsindustrin med mekanisk konstruktion och produktionsteknik
