Job Summary
Develop and refine customer IT environments within server, network, and infrastructure domains while acting as a strategic advisor during client meetings. Identify improvement opportunities, lead infrastructure projects, and contribute to pre-sale and solution design to ensure stability and future-proofing. Serve as the internal technical reference point for colleagues while sharing knowledge to drive team development. Influence technology choices, architecture, and work methods rather than merely maintaining existing systems. This role combines technical expertise with consulting, offering the freedom to shape both customer evolution and the company's future path within the Nestit Group.
Required Qualifications
- several years of experience working with IT infrastructure, either as a consultant, specialist, or in an internal IT organization
- good experience in one or more of the following areas: Windows Server
- good experience in one or more of the following areas: networks, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks
- good experience in one or more of the following areas: VMware or other virtualization
- good experience in one or more of the following areas: operations, troubleshooting, and further development of IT infrastructure
- consultative and business-oriented
- likes to build long-term relationships
- has a genuine interest in technology
- takes responsibility and drives things forward
- likes to collaborate and share your knowledge
- available for direct employment with Muneris IT

Desired Qualifications
- experience with Veeam or other backup solutions
- experience with hosting or datacenter environments
