Conduct pest control operations according to company standard operating procedures (SOP) and work instructions (WI). Communicate effectively with customers and resolve complaints by responding within two hours and implementing corrective actions within the agreed 24-hour timeframe. Coordinate with service coordinators, supervisors, and branch managers to ensure customer satisfaction. Requires a high school or diploma degree, strong communication skills, service orientation, and a valid Class C driver's license.
