TEKLA Designer II

TEKLA Designer II to collaborate with engineers to convert civil, mechanical, and structural concepts into functional 2D and 3D CAD outputs. Responsible for developing moderately complex layouts and digital models for manufacturing, installation, and construction drawings with attention to structural, piping, and mechanical clearances. Produce layouts, models, and drawings from sketches or defined end results; assess manufacturability and constructability by verifying interpretation, dimensioning, tolerances, surface finishes, weld symbols, materials, and BOMs; compute dimensions, tolerances, slopes, weights, and related parameters; interpret specifications and apply drawing principles. May perform on-site measurements, walk-downs, and support installation activities. Requires a vocational qualification and 10+ years in industrial plant design; proficient in TEKLA Structures, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and experience with AVEVA E3D, PDS, SmartPlant3D, and Revit; bilingual in English and Spanish; EU citizen or eligible to work in Spain; hybrid work arrangement in Madrid region (HQ in Spain).
