Manage accounts payable and receivable across all locations by reviewing incoming invoices, generating outgoing statements, and independently handling payments and collections. Prepare monthly financial reports and the income statement, while overseeing budget controlling and monitoring budget adherence at each site. Coordinate forecasting and budgeting activities, acting as the primary contact for external tax advisors to align financial data with business decisions. Requires 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in gastronomy or retail, with strong English skills. Full-time equivalent role with competitive compensation and 28 days of vacation.
