Oversee construction execution for building technology systems including heating, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical installations, managing schedules, costs, and quality assurance. Conduct plan reviews, coordinate execution plans with technical requirements, and lead internal project tasks such as dispatch, risk management, and budget control. Manage interfaces between technical trades, construction workers, and on-site contractors while participating in tendering and award processes. Maintain client relationships and build regional networks. Requires a degree in building services engineering or equivalent, multiple years of object supervision experience, and knowledge of VOB, HOAI, and technical regulations.
