Tehnolog specialist (m/ž)

Develop and update technological, measurement, and control procedures while establishing time norms and collaborating on calculations. Proactively propose and implement process improvements, construct complex tools, and create machine programs to resolve production process disruptions. Lead project activities, prepare strategic directions, and generate technical documentation and reports. Manage evidence and conduct analyses to support continuous optimization of manufacturing processes for high-quality electric motors. Requires VI/2 or VI./1 education in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics fields, proficiency in Creo and MS Office, and knowledge of Slovenian, English, and/or German. Full-time position with flexible working hours and remote work options available.
