Develop the "Sika Target Market Flooring" and "Brtvljenje i lijepljenje" programs aligned with customer and market demands. Deliver practical presentations and promote flooring solutions to contractors, investors, architects, and designers both internally and externally. Prepare sales samples, exhibition specimens, and demonstration surfaces. Organize and conduct training sessions for contractors while managing internal and event presentations for key stakeholders. Provide on-site technical support to contractors and other target groups, including report generation. Maintain daily communication with existing customers and investors to build business relationships and deliver technical assistance. Collaborate effectively with all Sika Croatia departments to ensure high-quality service. Prepare promotional materials for digital and other media channels, and participate in marketing activities such as trade shows and professional articles. Update product technical documentation and customer databases.
