Job Summary
TEG Module Equipment Engineer responsible for leading equipment engineering and module engineering efforts in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment in Penang. Acts as Equipment Specialist mentor, owns critical equipment and processes, drives continuous improvement, conducts tests and measurements to control critical dimensions and defectivity, executes maintenance and repair activities, and collaborates cross-functionally to optimize production, safety, quality, and cost targets. Requires data analytics capabilities, ability to troubleshoot complex issues, and the capacity to scale technology transfer and factory ramps with minimal supervision; on-site presence is required.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering/Technical Degree
- L3 equipment certification for module (mandatory)
- At least 2 years of factory operations experience
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Proven record in solving hard-down issues at module level
