Job Summary
Lead and execute Non-PIF improvement projects focused on process improvement, automation, and digitalization across TEF departments, ensuring proper scope definition, resource allocation, and milestone achievement. Define timelines and deliverables according to project charters, maintaining accurate planning data in Bosch PM tools while aligning schedules with internal stakeholders and management. Collaborate with technical experts and cross-functional teams to validate solutions, track project progress, and implement risk-mitigation actions following Bosch governance standards. Prepare project status reports for management, conduct post-project reviews, and share lessons learned to strengthen project culture. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields with 6 years of experience and proficiency in MS Project and Power BI.
