Job Summary
Lead afterschool teen program at the Orem Jr site; manage daily operations, safety, and leadership; plan and oversee high-quality youth development programs; recruit, train, and coach site staff and volunteers to maintain an excellent 1:15 staffing ratio; ensure safety & compliance with Child Care Licensing and BGCA procedures; build relationships with school administrators, teachers, and families to support student success; manage site budgets, track attendance data, and run operations efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- CPR/First Aid and Food Handler Permit (or ability to obtain within 3 months)
- Valid driver's license (if operating BGCUC vehicles)
