Job Summary
Site Director leads daily operations, safety, and youth-development programming at a Teen Afterschool site. Responsibilities include program leadership, staff mentorship to maintain a 1:15 ratio, safety/compliance with licensing and BGCA procedures, building partnerships with schools and families, managing site budgets, tracking attendance, and ensuring high-quality, culturally responsive youth development experiences. Must be 21+, hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, CPR/First Aid and Food Handler Permit (or ability to obtain within 3 months), and a valid driver's license if operating BGCUC vehicles. Preferred background includes working with youth ages 5–18 and experience supervising staff/volunteers; proficiency with Google Suite. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM during the school year (August 1–May 31) with some site variations; pay range is $23–$28 per hour; location Payson, UT.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
