Job Summary
Afterschool Site Director at Independence HS leads daily operations of the Teens program, recruiting/training staff, maintaining safety/compliance, building partnerships with schools and families, overseeing program quality, budgets, and attendance data; requires leadership, strong communication, and organizational abilities with a Bachelor's degree and CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) and a valid driver's license. Hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM; pay $23–$28/hour; Utah County location at Independence High School; full-time role with background checks and pre-employment screenings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Certifications: CPR/First Aid and Food Handler Permit (or ability to obtain within 3 months).
- Drive: Valid driver's license (if operating BGCUC vehicles).
